Hackathon: Venezuelan Healthcare System: Bot and Dashboard

We built this project during the 2020 Data Analytics Hackathon organized by Code for Venezuela and Hult International Business School. The objective of the hackathon was to create a visualization dashboard to inform about the status of Venezuelan hospitals to the general public and press. The data we had was coming from weekly surveys filled by the hospitals reporting the current status of their services. For example, these hospitals reported their supply levels, if they had outages and how frequently, the beds available, etc. We took this data and created a 3-point system for each service of the hospital: Good, Intermediate or Bad. This data with the hospital and their services score was then uploaded to Big Query to be able to pull it and feed our Tableau Dashboard and our Telegram Chatbot.
